Local Delivery
Delivery within Hong Kong is free of charge. Normally, your items will be delivered within 7 working days with our designated courier, and will be arrived within 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. If you wish to get your items sooner, feel free to contact us for details of rush upgrades.
International Delivery
International delivery is free of charge. Normally, your items will be delivered within 7 working days with our designated courier, and will be arrived within 20 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. You can also select our international express delivery. The charge of the international express delivery is listed in the payment page in details. Taxes will be paid by recipient's local courier and recipient will receive notice from the courier about payment of taxes to release the shipment.
Guaranteed 20-Day 100% Refund
Jewellery from made of pearl online store is covered by our "Guaranteed 20-Day 100% Refund" scheme, except bespoke items, engraved items and earrings. We offer a 20-day period from the time of receipt for returning your order and for a full refund without reason. The returned items should be in original condition and with our brand tag unremoved. Damaged or used items are not accepted.

One Year Warranty
Jewellery from made of pearl stores or online store is guaranteed for one year on parts and labour from the time of receipt. Please note that oxidation or loss of plating due to the use of the jewellery is not covered by our guarantee. After the expiry of the guarantee, if your item can be repaired, we will be happy to establish a repair quote. Before sending back your piece of jewellery, please send us a photo online.
